Charlotte-Mary is a student of embedded systems at ISEP, a school of digital engineers in Paris.

As part of her degree Charlotte-Mary is conducting a three year internship at MBDA where she works on the improvement and development of effectors and effector systems using quantum technologies, notably in the field of communications.

She has been heavily embedded in the study of QKD use cases, leading to collaboration with Quantum Telecommunications Italy (QTI) to better apprehend and test their QKD devices. Charottle-Mary has real world experience garnered on a number of high profile QKD projects in EMEA.

Catarina Bastos, PhD in Physics, has become expert in models using quantum physics to explain different physical aspects of the universe. In 2017 she started in Deimos Engenharia, working in several ESA projects. Recently, she became the Head of Secure Communications and Quantum Technologies Division, leading the Quantum Communications team, and being an Account Manager for Defence projects in Deimos Engenharia.

She is the coordinator of an EDIDP project, DISCRETION, to enable European Defence to have secure communications. She is also the coordinator of the Portuguese Quantum Communications Infrastructure, PTQCI, in coordination with PT-NSA.

Tadeusz Kocman serves as the Business Development Manager at AROBS Polska since 2017. His duties include identification of business opportunities, bids preparation and shaping of the product development strategy.

Those include quantum technologies such as satellite-based Quantum Key Distribution, as well as other building blocks of optical and quantum communication. Tadeusz graduated from Imperial College London in 2011 in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Co-founder of the Polish Space Professionals Association.
