Sylwia is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at IQM Quantum Computers. Before that, she worked at Meta for almost a decade, where she held the role of Client Partner for Central & Eastern Europe and contributed to the growth of clients' businesses through Meta's platforms. Sylwia also spearheaded the establishment of the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Chapter for Central & Eastern Europe.
