QSECDEF connects government, industry, and academia to navigate the quantum transition. We represent more than 1,200 professional members working in over 600 organisations across four continents.
Our Mission
Quantum computing will fundamentally change how information is secured. Organisations that prepare now will transition smoothly. Those that wait will face costly, rushed migrations under pressure.
QSECDEF exists to ensure that transition happens safely. We provide the training, expert networks, and strategic partnerships that organisations need to adopt quantum technologies with confidence. Our members include cryptographers, security architects, defence planners, policy advisors, and technology vendors from more than 40 countries.
We are not a vendor. We do not sell quantum hardware or software. We are a membership organisation that connects the people and knowledge required to make quantum adoption work.

Our Quantum-Safe Instructors
Tenured professors, doctoral researchers, and graduates with backgrounds in quantum physics, information technology, and cyber security. Collectively hundreds of years of experience in deep-tech security, quantum technology, photonics, and quantum communications in defence and critical infrastructure departments.
We provide supply chain consulting through a professional membership model, and deliver project services for corporates, governments, and critical infrastructure departments worldwide.
